Anthony Anderson longtime devotee to the Republican Party made history in the Boone County election by being the first
African American to be placed on the ballot as precinct committeeman and win!!!! He also served as a past Vice President of the Boone County Republican Party. His commitment to the Republican Party extends to many capacities by serving in various organizations such as the Illinois Republican Party. Through his leadership, Anthony has opened the doors to minority membership to the Republican Party.
Anthony's patriotic spirit is reflected through his serving in the United States Marine Corp. "For professional achievement in the superior performance of duty while serving as the chief for 1st Combat Engineer Battalion, Task Force Ripper, 1st Marine Division, in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia from 8 August 1990 to 1 March 1991. During offensive operations against Iraqi military personnel in southern Kuwait Anthony maintained solid accountability of equipment and personnel, in addition to providing security for the battalion's perimeter and in the logistics train. The success of 1st Combat Engineer Battalion's mission is directly related to Anthony's personal efforts and was in keeping with the highest traditions of the Marine Corps and the U.S. Naval Service." For his heroic duty, he was awarded with the Combat Action Ribbon, Southwest Asia Service Medal, Navy Achievement Medal, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, National Defense Service Medal, Certificate of Commendation and a host of accolades that celebrate his dedication and commitment to the citizens of the United States.
With so many obligations on his plate, Anthony manages to work full time as Corrections Supervisor with the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice and pursue his degree in Computer Science and yet remain on the honor roll each quarter.
Anthony is a family man, happily married to April Anderson with four children, 3 sons and 1 daughter.

Elroy M. Leach Jr. is a visible member of the Illinois Republican Party. He and his wife, Carole, are parenting four daughters and are members of the Austin Church of Christ.
Elroy graduated from Chicago State University in June, 1999 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics. He received CSU's Merit Award in Economics that year. He has used Micro TSP and SAS software in numerous quantitative studies in his upper division courses.

Prior to this job at Cook County, Elroy worked at the Illinois Department of Revenue on the Public Administrator and Management Team. He had to identify problems and initiate corrective action in his areas. He had to respond to oral and written inquires about departmental policies.
Before these activities, Elroy worked in the financial world. He was an investment representative at Kemper Fund from February 2000 to February 2001. At one point, June to December 1999, he was a broker trainee at TD Waterhouse. Additionally, he had internships at American National Bank, TCF Bank, and Seaway National banks while he was studying economics at Chicago State University.
Given his broad experience, Elroy is challenged to serve his community in the political arena. So he campaigned to be the Illinois State Representative of the 25th district in 2002. He was very active in the Bush/Cheney elections of 2000 and 2004. During the primary of 2008, Elroy ran for Republican Committeeman of the 7th Ward, City of Chicago and a delegate for Mike Huckabee for President.
Reverend LeFlore is the past executive director of The African
American Family Association, and presently sits of the boards of The Pro-Life / Pro- Family Coalition and LEARN, The Life Education and Resource Network.
After enrolling in the U.S. armed services as a Military Policeman (1977), Pastor LeFlore completed his undergraduate studies in music theory and composition through the University of Maryland's European extension program and at Governor’s State University (1980). He is presently pursuing a Masters of Divinity degree. From the time of his youth there has
been an expectancy of ministry in Ceasar's life; one that was nurtured through the prayers and faith of his mother and developed through mentoring relationships with strong men of the gospel who recognized something unique in Ceasar that distinguished him among his peers. Accepting Christ at age 10 while attending Third Baptist Church of Chicago under the pastorate of Elmer L. Fowler, young Ceasar demonstrated an unusual love and understanding of scripture, and at age 12 became an integral part of the church plant that became the Evangelist Hope Baptist Church, serving as a junior deacon and special assistant to the late Pastor Walter M. Nash. At age 13 he preached his first sermon (God of Might and Miracles), and continued throughout his early teen years to develop the foundation of ministry that led to a life committed to God's service. After returning from military service in Europe (1980), Ceasar continued his career path in music by playing in several professional bands and working as an assistant band director at Chicago Vocational (1981-1983). During the public school teachers strike of
1983, Ceasar used the training he received from his father, a truck driver, to find employment
in the transportation industry, where he continue to work until 2005.

In his leadership capacity with LEARN, Pastor LeFlore has been charged with developing and overseeing pro-life organizations encompassing 11 states. Pastor LeFlore is a published author, having submitted four chapters in "The Shepherds Staff", written by Rev. Dr. Florezel L. Porter, Jr. (1984 P.A. M. Publishing), an essay in "The Conscience of Conservative Blacks" (The Heartland Institute) and several other national publications. Pastor LeFlore is a former radio host (WCFJ) and cable access television host (The Family Forum).
